  2. Free PvP — verified online matches pay 25 BM for a win, 5 BM for finishing.
  3. Stakes — lock 10/25/50/100 BM; winner takes the pot (−5% rake).
  4. Shop — burn BM on cosmetics only. Never stronger bombs.
  5. Badges — earn-only, soulbound on Base (free mint). Flex on Profile.
  6. AI Agent — demo in the app now (bot pilots your bomber). Paid hire for longer runs is the monetization path Luke likes.
